Indigo Logistics offers customers a fixed helpdesk consultant who is reachable via email during business hours: support@indigologistics.nl or via the direct telephone number: +31 (0)180 445018.
The consultant will take down your message and work towards achieving a satisfactory answer to the request as soon as possible. This, of course, depends on the nature of the query. In the case of a more complex query, you will receive information about when Indigo Logistics expects to have the problem solved.
The consultant can watch with you remotely; to do this, we use the Indigo Logistics Teamviewer. You do not have to download this program; you only have to open it if requested by the consultant. To do this, use the button below.
We prefer you to send your queries by email if that is possible. The help desk mailbox will be checked several times a day for your queries. Of course, email queries will be treated in the same way as telephone queries.
Indigo Logistics also remains available for questions and comments that have nothing to do with the help desk. The number for this is +31 (0)180 445018. The switchboard operator will answer this call. Also, if the help desk number is busy, the call will be diverted to the switchboard operator. The operator will ask if you would like to wait or pass on a message.
